I was disapointed with the outcome.
2 of 2 found this helpful I had only about 20 lbs. to lose so I tried this book. I followed it exactly and in the first two weeks, I lost about 8 lbs. The second two weeks I lost nothing and went on NutriSystem instead because I was afraid that I would gain weight with all the beans and avocados. I am female and I believe it is a better plan for males.
