The video and sound qualities are good. Disappointed in the products poor physical condition.
The video and sound qualities are good. Disappointed in the physical condition of the discs and DVD cases. Most of the discs have minor surface scratches and Season Five DVD case is missing parts that secure the disc trays. Season Four, the trays are not assembled properly.
This is a Brand New, Sealed and well packaged product, therefore it is not a Seller problem but a Manufacturer Quality Control issue!
I purchased a used Season Five to replace the case missing parts. The discs in the used product had similar scratches. Definitely a Manufacturer Quality Control issue!
