  The seller made the items a make an offer listing but they wouldn’t accept any of the offers only the full price. Then after I paid for the full price they wouldn’t offer local pick up and after it finally arrived One of them was broken. I asked the seller for a refund on that item but they would only give back and unfair amount, then they make these demands in order to get the refund. It wasn’t worth it.

  buyer was repeatedly explained why offers were not satisfactory and our other deals were offered with no success. our store does not offer local pickup as i work long hours and wouldnt be home to hand over product, which is advertised and was told to buyer before purchasing. a fair partial refund was offered as our store does not do returns, buyer innitially accepted then ignored all messages when trying to resolve issue. Buyer was sent info on a good quality glue and instructions on repair
