  I am going to give you 5 stars but next time please attach the VAT to the package because I had paid the VAT but since you didn't attach it to the package I had to pay VAT again... This is what ebay told me:The seller must indicate the IOSS number on the shipment and announce it electronically to the shipping company. If the seller does not do this, the shipping company in Germany will again demand VAT. So please keep this in mind next time you sell internationally. Best regards.
