beautiful eyeliner that goes on the way you want it to
my eyes are always a little moist from moisturizer so i cannot say whether this eyeliner lasts 24 hours. but, Stila Smudge Stick goes on nicely, smudges nicely, can do thick and thin as you like it. my only complaint is that it runs out too fast. it also doesn’t turn back into the container once you’ve rolled it out. that doesn’t bother me, but in case it bothers you…
