    Well, there were some issues - before purchasing a generator of this size I would say it is of upmost imporance to MAKE SURE the courier delivery service can get it to your door. Unfortunately this had to be picked up at the truck depot here in WA, so it was of a major inconvenience however the seller quickly addressed that and any other concern and question I have had about this product. I am now confident in the choice that I have made and need not worry any further. The seller was helpful.
