Has extended the usefulness of my laptop

It was great to have a battery that holds charge - the replaced battery was completely useless. So coming from that position the bar was low. I am a bit disappointed that the battery once unplugged from charger loses power quicker than I would have thought (I reckon I would be lucky to get an hour of use - maybe 1.5 hours just on standby - which isn't brilliant. My guess is that this battery was manufactured some time ago and probably hasn't been charged/discharged at all during its shelf life so its charge holding capacity has reduced. Perhaps with my regular charging and discharging its ability to hold the charge might improve. Overall however, it does mean that my laptop has been given a second life.

It's pretty good - software is very straight forward making it good for basic users (like my Mum :-)

This product is better than I expected - I bought it for my Mum and she loves it. Well done guys!! You do need to allow for the defaults to be changeable though..
