    The price was good. It played perfectly just as described and the condition of the case and disk were very good. The appearance was perfect as well. I was incredibly impressed with the care of the seller took in shipping. It was double bubble wrapped and then put into a bubble wrap mailer.     The item arrived in a quick period of time but was received in a paper envelope. The item was opened and found to be damaged. We spoke with the seller and then opened up a return and the seller offered us a full refund on the item. The only things that was missing was communication from the seller. Other than that all good.
