Three units were shipped to get one working.
The first unit I received was DOA. Returned the unit and got another. The second unit would not recognize or play rear surround speekers. The testing process was complex. The third unit worked. The packaging of the units was poor. The styrofoam was broken into pieces in the boxes of the third and first units dealparade did exchange the units without issue. I was replacing an older unit and every time I got a new unit I swaped the units. This means I shipped twice and set up five times. The poor quality control on these units meant that I put many hours into this purchase. When one works it is a very nice unit.
