Preaty sure these are chineese clones, not the original chip.
Title kinda says it all. Although these work as the original chips, I can't help but to get the feeling that they are cheap Chinese clones of the old 3914. On thing is that they can't sink much current - and will quickly overheat. And when they do, sometimes the LED7 will drop out. Very odd behavior not present in the originals. Also markings are off.
