my wife swears by it, since taking it noticed new hair growth and following a nasty fall had a broken bone on 5th metatarsal fracture just wouldnt heal for a long time talked about surgery with a pin etc...some weeks following using MSM fracture seemed to be healing no more surgery was required plus noticed her nais seemed healthier highly recommend this product!
