Cannot be used with Spectrum phone
I am using the same product (or so I thought) from Spectrum. It works fine. I have no complaints. I returned this purchase for the reason below.
Since I did not want to spend $5/month for WiFi (an additional Spectrum charge), but did not want an additional piece of hardware (router) either, I thought that I could just buy my own modem/router (the same Technicolor model). It turns out that Spectrum has their Technicolor units customized for VoIP (that's what they told me when I enlisted their help for setup). Therefore, with my own, I would not have been able to get the phone service.

As good as hoped for
These bulbs are in high demand, and not cheap (even though they last a long time). The order from eBay was very competitive, delivered without a hitch and specs all matched as expected.
