We did make an error and this grille was sent out with the incorrect tow eye cover as shown in the photo. However, as soon as the customer informed us of this we sent the customer the correct cover. This has been received by the customer and to prevent such errors in the future, we have introduced stricter quality checks before dispatching orders.
