Easy to understand and the book covers what you want/need to know.
I was prompted to order this book because a few months ago I had my first (and hopefully only) bout with vertigo. I am normally a healthy, vibrant person but this just set me back in everything, including missing a few days of work. I had heard the term Vertigo and knew it was also the name of an Alfred Hitchock movie, buth knew nothing else. Of-course my doctor gave me an overall idea when she diagnosed me, but I really needed to know more. This book gave in depth information regarding my situation, and while I skimmed through areas that didn't fit me at all, what I read was very thorough and understandable. I would absolutely recommend this book for any of these types of disorders or for those with family/friends that suffer from one of these.
