Really wanted to like this TV but the amplifier for onboard sound belongs in a mp3 player not a TV
2 of 2 found this helpful Man , I really wanted to love this tv. 2 extremely important issues that make me wish I had bought a Sony Bravia.
The sound on this thing is LOWWWWWWWWW even most of the way up. Its pathetic. It does have a sound setting called amplify ( cause even samsung knew the sound sucks ) and that brings it up a BIT . But even then on some netflix movies like one I watched last night I had to have it up to like 85-90 out of 100 to even hear it .
Now this by itself wouldn't be enough for me to not like the TV . But the second issue made me regret buying this and if re-stocking fees wern't damn near 25% I would have returned this thing .
THE RCA OUTPUT IS ACTIVE NOT PASSIVE !!! Meaning I cannot simultaneously use the RCA out to my home theater to supplement the incredibly weak on board sound .
You have to actually switch the sound output in settings to use the RCA but then you cant use the onboard speakers.
MY 2010 BOTTOM BARREL WALMART SONY BRAVIA 40" LCD KDL-40EX400 TV COULD PLAY BOTH ONBOARD AND RCA OUTPUTS !!!
Which I only ever used the home theater for the added luxury . That sony from 2010 thats still bangin away today never actually NEEDED any supplemental sound . it was loud as hell .
This samsung is not . AT ALL.
For these 2 reasons I would not have purchased this tv. I couldnt imagine how mad people who bought this tv are that dont have a home stereo to supplement the again incredibly weak sound .
This will be my first and last Samsung tv. Im even thinking of selling it already .
Also samsung spies on your conversations and warns you to watch what you say in front of their tvs. And although I checked and to my knowledge this tv does not have voice control I think it is incredibly orwellian of samsung to disrespect their customers who just spent alot of money on their product spying on them just so they can sell the gleaned data to marketing companies.

Excellent glasses , Look good too A+++ product
I have several high end pairs of sunglasses and wanted a beater pair for mowing the lawn / outdoors stuff. WOW Ive had elvex before . Same quality as they were ....the BEST . like 14 bucks and they come with arms AND a strap .
Why the strap ? I own a landscaping business and when Im in a tree or trimming stuff off the ground where im looking down or sideways regular temples ( arms ) can shift and eve glasses fall off sometimes. With the goggles strap that does not happen . They stay snugly in place and protect my eyes from falling debris.
Also dont fly off EVER when I ride my motorcycle .
Love the digi camo . They are an exceptional deal and would recommend to anyone looking for an insane value with true functionality not just frames that sit on your face .
Did I mention the temples ( arms ) articulate to protect better against falling debris , debris kicked up from a weedeater or stay straight for overall protection depending on the task you're doing .

Lenses are clear as a bell and because the lenses convex out from the frame you have INCREDIBLE peripheral vision which is incredibly important in the age of millennial attempted manslaughterers who cant drive without yappin their gob or texting while driving .
EVEN MORE SO AT NIGHT . They try to kill me once a week with their texting . I hope they all get in a collective accident not involving a motorcycle .
These glasses take rocks and other road debris no problem . These glasses plus my new two brothers M7 V.A.L.E slip on exhaust which is so loud the scum attempted manslaughterers hear you coming have made traveling at night 100% safer
