If Ya Wanna Know About Old Time Texas Look No Further!
First time I read this book, it was for a college history course. Thirty years later, I read a quote from this book on Facebook and realized I did not have a copy in my library. A really enjoyable book with lots of frontier justice being dispensed courtesy of the Texas Rangers. Highly recommended!

An Edged American Classic
This is a really mice copy of the original Green River knife of the early American frontier during the fur trader era. Blade is easy to sharpen and a handy size for just about every chore you can imagine which requires a knife. It is an all around multi use knife equally capable of skinning game or as an ad hoc steak knife in a pinch. It is also a fine knife for defense. This is my second Russell Green River knife since I purchased my first one back in 1981. As a backpacker's knife it has no peer for the money and will satisfy even the most discerning user with its all around effectiveness.
