Really assits restful sleep
I first tried this product to help me lie still in bed and sleep. Within 3 days I was not restless in bed and found it easier to get to sleep.
I tried another brand of Magnesium once when I could not find Sandra's in a shop and it did not have the same effect at all.
So.....It really works to relax nerves and assist restful sleep.

Have read some of her other books and feel Dr Sandra is a reliable source.
