Accurate, good quality, fair price
An actual rising-ball flow meter, not just a pressure gauge/regulator with orfice. I verified the accuracy of the pressure gauge and flow meter (at a typical 15 SCF/Hr rate) and they're both good, unlike one from another manufacturer that I returned. Nice combination of price and quality, and the HTP folks have been reputable. Note that the barbed hose fitting is for 1/4" i.d. hose, and some welders use 5/16" hose.

Good step before maroon pads
More coarse abrasive than the maroon Scotch-Brite pads, and a good complement to them. If you're already using a flap disc or sanding disk you may want to use this before going on to the maroon pad. I used them on metal.
