Great stuff!
I don't know exactly what is in this concoction, but it worked like a charm. After working in a dusty environment with unkown chemicals in it and repeatedly washing my hands to ensure all of the above was removed, my hands were left hurt, itchy and dry. This little tube fixed it almost instantly.

This is the second copy of this book i have bought, the first has been misplaced. But it is definitely one of my favourites. The teaching of some of the zen masters found within can help us find peace in our daily lives and help us understand or at least accept our place in the universe not logically, but intuitively. To those unfamiliar with zen and its practices the text may seem strange, but if all quotes are read some of them at least will strike a chord deep within the reader. I can say with a fair amount of confidence this was the teachers intention to transmit their messages without the limitations of logic or reason and point to the buddha nature we all share.
Never get bored of reading it, always a source of wisdom when in need of illumination.
