  So happy with my firepit. Slight hiccup with the fittings missing out of the box, but the seller went above and beyond to rectify and contacted the supplier to send the fittings.   item is good however advertisement stated delivery by Royal Mail and then sent it by EVRI the worst courier in the world. They actually managed to deliver it in a week which must be an all time record. I only bought from this vendor because it was to be sent via Royal Mail, so I am not happy about it being sent EVRI

  The item had to be returned because half of the glass was badly cracked. It took many hours to determine the return procedure, obtain a prepaid QR code, locate a return drop-off point and then transport the repacked package item on a bus. A replacement arrived in a few days and I have been very impressed with the cooking results which has produced far tastier food that is far superior to my old electric hob. The speed and power response is excellent.
