Great book, amazing music, informative and interesting DVD! Great product!
I love this whole bundle, it has a sleek design and is well made. The book is written by the lead singer of Coheed and Cambria: Claudio Sanchez and author Peter David. It is interesting and very Si-fi! The album is a prequel to Coheed and Cambria's other albums, (as the book is) It tells about how the characters (Coheed and Cambria) came into existence. This album "Year Of The Black Rainbow" also co-sides with the book/comics "The Amory Wars" (as the previous Coheed and Cambria albums do. Which I think is really cool!) This comes with two previously un-released bonus tracks "Chamberlain" and "The Lost Shepherd" The smaller "book" containing the CD and DVD also has the lyrics, and some art in it. The DVD is a documentary of the band in the studio. It shows music being created, and it lets the band members show you how they contributed to this album, and some of the meanings behind it! It is pretty interesting, and humorous at times!
This product is highly recommended to anyone who is just getting into the band Coheed and Cambria, and whom are getting into The Amory Wars, or to any si-fi lovers!
