Galaxy Note 4 - Excellent Buy
2 of 3 found this helpful I originally owned the Note 3 which I thought was a fantastic and used as my main phone over the HTC One M8 (another great phone) at the time.
I initially rejected this phone for a while but it won me over, this is most definitely a worthy upgrade. I'm currently using this as my main phone over my Galaxy S6 Edge simply because of the screen size and the S-Pen.
The battery gets me through a full day despite being connected to my Gear S all day and my Bluetooth headset. Just in case I have a replacement battery with me which costs peanuts so I don't ever have to worry about juice.
Although this phone is an older model, it is no slouch. Multi-talking is seamless. I normally always have about 50 apps and web pages running in the background and it's no problem.
The screen is beautiful, on par with some of the latest flagship models. Design feels premium and nice and solid in the hand. On occasion I put it in my jeans back pocket and have sat on it and not a scratch.
The camera is still fabulous and takes some beautiful pics
The only thing it's lacking was Qi (wireless) charging, but I purchased one of those battery Qi connectors on Ebay which once again cost peanuts and it works fine.
I also previously had the Note Edge but I found it to be too fragile and the edge feature itself although pretty kool a bit gimmicky. And over time I found myself never using the edge features. So after extensively playing with both devices I'd definitely say I much prefer the Note 4.
All in all you can't go wrong for how much you can pick this up for nowadays and what you're getting. I'm gonna hold on to this for a while, well until all the buzz around the Note 6 is well over and see what it's all about until then I know I'm gonna have some happy times with this and I highly recommended this to anyone.
