This is my 2nd IPAQ from this seller, and it arrived looking brand new. Not a single mark on it. Even the back battery cover looked brand new. I don't know how this seller makes any profit selling these refurbished with new batteries. I've seen the same model listed for nearly double the price in the US. EXTREMELY happy with the purchase, and top notch customer service. I can't recommend this seller high enough.
