Excellent product
Great for mild pain & stiffness
I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome & muscle deconditioning
Can't believe I've left it for so long to reorder again .
They help with mild pain & stiffness conditions or when you get a crook in the neck from sleeping wrong. I usually have to use a few due to widespread pain.
My partner has even been putting them on his sore knee until he gets a scan .
