Am I correct? Well, apparently it doesn’t! It’s false advertisement! They even go out of their way to say, “if you don’t like how this item performs, you can ret. for full refund, minus shipping. So, it’s as if they are prepared for back lash. I told them that if returning my $13 is worth ruining their reputation by bad feedback than go for it, don’t ret. my $.
