  For "shipping" the Item was a local pick-up, so there was no packaging. As far as getting the item to me, the Seller took every precaution possible and was extremely careful that I received the White sewing machine in the same condition as pictured. The sewing machine actually appears in better condition as described. It is of outstanding value. Repair and restoration should be straight forward.
