A waste of money!

Bad reset chips in cartridges
While I knew there was a possibility of problems with the ink level reset chips (since these are remanufactured cartridges), I did not expect the chips in BOTH of the black ink cartridges to fail at the same time, so that my printer refuses to work with either one of them! This is EXTREMELY disappointing! Better quality control would help!

Excellent product!
I have nothing but good things to say about this product!! I have used stuffing bags in turkeys before, but these are far and away the best I have EVER used! As is traditional with their products, Reynolds provides clear, succinct directions on how to use these bags, which I was able to follow without any difficulty!
