Lower hose looks properly tough with the spring inside and thick enough outside

I was a bit worried that I would get a substandard hose, but it was quite formidable looking, as good as any hose I have ever purchased.

Grover is the Key to fine Tuning!

Grover has a long, long tradition of being the go to tuner for Martins and Gibsons. SImply put them on and enjoy. I never have a dud with a Grover.

Maytag thrust bearing kit

Easy to install if you watch a few youtube videos. Easy to follow instructions make adjusting the brake simple. To safely release the high tension spring for the brake remove two screws 180 degrees apart. (Across from each other) and install a pair of 1-1/2" screws. Then remove the remaining short screws and finally the two long screws will allow you to remove it far enough to completely relax the spring for removal and installation. Some people like to use self tapping screws so they can use the same 1/4 or 5/16 nut driver for the entire operation.
