A Hoax or An All Too Familiar Case of Bait-And-Switch?
Golds Gym is synonymous with big, strong, healthy and reliable. However, being a first time user of a so-called Golds "food" product, I was disappointed about the quality of what was supposed to be a plant-based product. I purchased this product because of what it is supposed to be and because it was reasonably priced.
I've been consuming many non-whey protein products and I'd like to believe that I've developed a rather sophisticated palate that has allowed me to discern between plant and non-plaint-based products. In my humble opinion, this Golds product tasted more like whey (hence a cheaper product quality) than plant-based protein. I hope I was not duped into purchasing a product for which I did not bargain. Based on this rare experience with protein powders, I will never purchase this product again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
Again, it may have been plaint-based but its texture and taste led me to believe otherwise. I'm a truly disappointed consumer vis-à-vis this product. I could not wait to finish it so that I could move on to a more familiar brand of plant-based protein although of a much higher price than I am usually willing to pay.

Non-messy, neutral scent (although I wish it would smell like leather). If you get a good value for it then it’s worth it.

Good Product w/ Long Lasting Flushing
1 of 1 found this helpful Word on the street is that the flushing goes away in a week or so. However, I've been consuming it for over three months now and the flushing continues and it's as intense as ever. It lasts for over 20 mins. In fact, this writer is flushing as these words are being jotted down.
