Disappointed but reserving judgement for now
1 of 2 found this helpful I have installed the software including update twice and I still get a camera malfunction message. I would be more comfortable if the driver(s) were standalone software rather than being imbedded in a gaming suite, as it is the interface is rather opaque and I was not able to find decent troubleshooting advice. It may be an early production model and I have read there were teething problems.
My experience should in no way reflect badly on the seller. The product itself looks great, I have actually designed a digital camera and its professional, functional aesthetic is very much to my taste; I may try to install it on another computer. As it is I had an urgent need for a webcam upgrade and the Logitec 920c fitted the bill perfectly, right out of the box, and I regret not buying it in the first place.
