Perfect tool for the job - Made in the USA
If possible, I always buy American made. Guess what? Stamped on the side of this is that good old "Made in the USA".
Solid tool which is perfect for tight spaces which is exactly what I needed.

Great QUICK charger for rechargeable batteries
I was looking for a replacement for the wall mounted charger that comes with most rechargeable batteries and thought I would try this. I have only charged AA batteries in it but it works like a champ. It is truly a QUICK charger! I can put a drained set of batteries in it and an hour later the display is showing them at 100% charge.
The display is nice and large enough to easily read and there is a discharge button if you have a set of batteries that is not all the way down and you want to cycle them.
My only complaint is that the light for the LCD display does not go off when all batteries are removed. This would be a nice thing to have, either that or put a switch on it to allow it to be turned off, since it would allow me to leave the charger plugged in. Just seeing that blank, lighted display is annoying so I pull the plug and put the unit away until I need it again.
