Joby never Fails!
1 of 1 found this helpful I had the smaller gorillapod that I used for my compact digital camera and phone. I decided to upgrade to this larger gorillapod for my SLR. I have the Nikon D5500 with an 18mm - 200mm Lense. My camera and lens together weighs about 3 lbs and this tripod is perfect. It holds my camera securely. I don't have to worry at all about it falling. I love the bendable legs. I mainly use it for hiking and this tripod is very durable. I absolutely recommend this gorillapod.
