Nicorette gum, wouldn't be without it.
I've tried patches and lozenges, but gum works best for me. Patches don't have the same kick as gum and are more expensive. Lozenges don't last as long. You crunch them and they dissolve. But a piece of gum lasts for an hour, even when the effect is diminished you can keep on chewing.
I've tried three different gums and Nicorette is the best. And the gum itself has improved over the seven years I've been using it. The texture and flavour both endure.... plus there a a range of flavours and doses. I'm just sorry they took their 6 mg gum off the market. It was great.
I've done a lot of research on the effects of nicotine and if your heart and other major organs are in good shape, your circulation is good and you keep fit, it does the body no harm whatsoever. It's like caffeine or Vitamin C. You can take as much as you like if you don't mind a loose tummy with Vitamin C or a bit of speediness with nicotine gum and coffee. Beat sRed Bull, which is a mega dose of caffeine that irritates your kidneys and bladder as well as agitating your nervous system.
I like Nicorette gum and don't intend to stop using it. Like I won't stop drinking coffer or taking 2000 mg of Vitamin C every day. Great Stuff!

Not a sturdy item
The glass carafe cylinder is thin and not sturdy enough to handle the hot water poured into it. It developed a small crack on the bottom with the first use and a large crack on the side with the second. Perhaps this was single defective unit, but I would not buy another one to find out.
