  Items arrived and two of the four knives were broken (see picture). They seemed to me to be poorly packed (Waterford knife box not sealed, inside knives not individually wrapped, larger shipping box bigger and not well packed so Waterford knife box was loose and likely moved during shipment), but I can't tell if this caused breakage, they were broken to begin with or just shipping company issue. Not sure what the next steps are, but I would appreciate it if someone could contact me. Thanks
