With Mastering Homebrew, Randy takes us, in straight forward ways, through the steps required for creating professional all grain recipes. I had gained a number of mistakes off brewing forums. Even if you want to brew syrup, partial mash or kits you will be that much better off. On top of that it is very well indexed, in my opinion an encyclopedia of brewing beer.
