Packaging was poor, completely squashed and it was sent to a different depot by evri (mistake) and arrived very late .When it arrived I contacted the seller (as everybody would) This is his response : Dear seller. I have been on ebay 25 years. I do understand what you are doing. What do you want to "resolve " this? You could not have been waiting ages! I spent £2.50 extra for 48 hrs delivery. Please stop this business. I know what's is happening".Shock!

excellent racket
Played first game last night won 3-0 to someone I usually lose to. The racket was very light to hand to could get away with flick shots when in trouble. The sweet spot is much bigger than my usual Dunlop racket. Boasts had more power and drops were much more delicate. Forehand smashes down the line weren't quite as powerful as the Dunlop heavy racket, but its powerful even to get the winning shot in. My arm didn't ache at all so the racket is very light and balanced. Best racket I have ever owned.
