  Packaging appeared great. Shipping time and cost was good. However there was an operating issue after the item arrived. The seller and I agree that something happened to the unit during the time UPS had the item. Probably tossed around and since this was an electronic item, we believe it was damaged internally. The seller was very helpful in trying help diagnosis the issue. We could not resolve the problem so he initiated a total refund. I would buy from this seller again without hesitation.

  I got the exact and brand new Ekornes computer table I had been wanting for half the price of our local store. Table was in original package plus additional outer shipping box.
