An essential piece

Purchased a new door after 2 years which is pretty decent since my dogs like to slam through it like their on a heroic mission. Looks great installed on my window. Allows my pets the freedom to walk in and out of the house at their own leisure and prevents me walking back and forth to let the pets out like I used to. The door is fairly quiet aswell.

Great with rear cover and all pets are wearing the RFID tags

This product is great however you will need to purchase the rear cover to prevent theft from the sides. I also noticed that all pets need to wear the Sureflap RFID collar tags to ensure the bowl closes faster if one of the unauthorised pets decides to take advantage of an open bowl when the authorised pet has left it unattended. That is even though I changed the closing time to the fastest setting too, I felt the microchip alone didn't react fast enough compared to the tags which is why all my pets are all tagged now. Now that all the pets are tagged I don't have to worry about watching over the pets anymore. It has definitely made life easier now that I don't have to worry about the cats eating the dog food anymore.
