The Press is smooth powerful and accurate
I have had a lot of experience with the workmanship out of the machining centers at Lee. But be aware that you may have a component in your bench drawer that won't fit the press. I had a shell holder from my next favorite reloading parts manufacturer and it didn't fit the Challenger. The new shell holder from Lee fits snugly, and aligns perfectly. Great Bargain and perfect press for the big 30 calibers and long European 50 millimeters.

It does suppress the powder flash
This was originally designed for snipers in low light conditions. It does not mask muzzle flash observed from target position. It is symmetrical in design, therefore it does not impart any directional forces and in no way modify s the weapons tendency to rise up when fired. The long tines are to reduce the temperature of the gasses. The thread orientation on my rifle facilitate a very good fit; stoning would improve it. Hunting advantage; none, hogs in low light are extremely hard to see, and after being fired upon don,t stick around. If you reload, check burn rates of your load.

Ruger Sleeping at the Wheel
0 of 1 found this helpful I purchased the plate so my LCP would fit in my SP holster. Empty the clip had to be thumped pretty hard to seat. Loaded the clip very very stiff. I reload, and I do not like bumping and jamming things that will hurt me. I took the plate to the bench and scunned off .004"; and now it works like the old Ruger. If there is something in this note you don't understand send it back. Live ammunition is inherently dangerous, and all components must work smoothly together!
