just what I needed
torque wrench failure- I over tightened and stripped a bolt- local parts store didn't have the right one, and neither of us thought of replacing the whole assembly at that moment. when I went looking, I found the shouldered, flanged bolt wasn't a common replacement any way... these have coarser threads, non-metric? A common bolt of the right steel. Perfect fit. back on the road

clean cuts
Arrived quickly, well oiled against corrosion. Tool is bigger and heavier than I imagined. Cut bike shifter cable and friction-less cable cleanly. Purchased for very occasional use for bike servicing, Durable enough for this at a reasonable cost.
