  The communication was not great and the parcel arrived with the packaging completely smashed (the polystyrene packaging was in small pieces, it went everywhere when I opened the box and the box itself was broken). The box also had Amazon labels all over it which made me think this was a drop shipped item, and I didn't think ebay allowed drop shipping. Anyway the item works, however there is a small dent on the top left which concerns me, given it's a microwave oven, so I hope it's not leaking.
