It's like I AM a phone.
They connect effortlessly. They're comfortable. They don't fall out, even when you're running. They're also loud enough to easily hear a narrated book when running along a busy road. What I like about them the most is if I receive a call from my family while I am running, I can take the call without breaking stride. The airpods pickup the sound and I can hear and talk. It's almost feels like my body is a phone. I can't comment on the battery life because I have never run out of power as my runs are 40mins in length.
A negative: They are slippery little suckers. They're slightly hard to remove from the case and they are easy to fumble. On the bright side though they can take a beating.

A very good head torch.
Comfortable and versatile. Very bright flood and variable brightness. Red light for night eye. Tilt adjust. Easy battery change.
