Oh it's refurbished alright.
So totally my fault for not ready the listing clearly but I needed a Bluetooth mouse quickly and the price seemed fair compared to others. When it arrived I noticed it appeared to have some regular use wear and the bottom kept falling off after I removed cover to install the battery. The plastic latch that holds the bottom trim piece on is poorly made and won't stay attached. Works great assuming you never have to lift the mouse up off the mouse pad or desk surface. If you do however you'll have two separate pieces to contend with. Time for the duct-tape :-(.
