  Not very happy with the seller but I am happy with eBay. The unit arrived defective and the seller offered a 30% refund, 2 days later offered 50% refund, I then requested the refund with explanation from Bay, after that wait, eBay fully refunded it, and the same day the seller offered 70% refund. It’s only $12, but I bought it because I wanted it and got a defective unit. Why would I accept a partial refund at all. Every time they made a partial refund offer I told them no, send a replacement.

  Quality: LOW GRADE, value: dollar store at best, appearance: not great. took forver to arrive and when it did the items inside were damaged. When "customer service" was reached they said they only wanted to give me half of my money back. When i told them that was unacceptable they never replied. Had to have eBay step in.
