Product defect
1 of 1 found this helpful There is a springlike heating element providing heat - much like a lightbulb filament. That will burn out. The plates which cook the food slides in and remains loose. The tab which hold the plates was defective on the waffle griddle, so I swapped it with another plate- making that one useless. Some issues with this refurbished model.

Typically very expensive retail. Good padding, light, soft leather.

Questionable durability
0 of 1 found this helpful This tank has thinner walls than the original. Unless this thinner plastic is newly formulated to withstand heat, I have a lower quality product.
