Item was exactly as described: 'Brand New'. The printer was new in its original, unopened box, packed and shipped inside of a larger box. The printer works great. Note that the 'Item condition' was listed as 'Used' but the 'Item Description from Seller' said 'Brand New', which was confusing but it was new. Also shipping was free and with a 30 day return policy took all of the risk out of the transaction. Delivery took a little longer than the estimate but I am very happy with the purchase.
