Really great communication from the seller, packaged pretty well. Only issue was the plastic insert broke off a little bit during shipping (traveling to the u.s. this isn't much of a surprise) aside from that everything else is pretty minty. I was sent the incorrect item and I was asked to pay more for the Chase I paid for, despite receiving a non-Chase, then offered a $65 refund, which I declined. I asked the seller why I would pay more for a price that was already locked, and challenged their request for more money with eBay policy. They refunded the purchase and I was accused of being a thief. I was even asked to wait nearly a month to receive my product because turns out they didnt have it. I should have just canceled.
