Item was shipped in nothing but an unpadded plastic envelope. So the case was damaged in transit. A single bubble mailer would go a long way. This didnt cost a lot, and the discs are fine so im not returning it, but the overall experience sucks. This happens all the time now. Its not like I enjoy having to replace cases everytime i order something with discs on ebay. Its become an annoyance. Please do better. I am asking the least here. Only that "some" care be taken to protect the item.
