Both fan cage protectors were crushed and wedged against the fan. Both packages should have been in a stronger box for shipping. However, very fast dispatch. Recommended seller . I was contacted every step of the way when the refund was issued, when I should receive it, even a message to tell me that they new waiting for a refund could be frustrating but to bear with them. There communication was great their customer service outstanding. I Highly Recommend Them
