  I had an order for a gold pyramid, the seller contacted me to tell me that the pyramid had been sent back to them and instead of me having to wait again for another one, to give me a refund. I was contacted every step of the way when the refund was issued, when I should receive it, even a message to tell me that they new waiting for a refund could be frustrating but to bear with them.   The item arrived in bamaged packaging we haven't managed to set up yet, the pieces that sit on ear are large. Look nice colour is plain and simple helping their attractive appearance. Being a gift the packaging was not acceptable the seller has provided a gift box and been most helpful in resolving.
