Bad start for quality goods
The Australian plug did not work when I got it because it did not lock into the attachment firmly enough. Almost by accident I found that the UK plug did work. Sennheiser sent out another cord with the four new plugs but they took eight days to be delivered about one hundred kilometres. This time, the Australian plug charged the tower. The quality of the headphones seems good.
